Twitter has announced a new feature that allows you to add Tweets directly to your Snapchat Stories on iOS.
In a bid to drive Snapchat users to its platform, and help them take part in conversations, Twitter has announced a new feature that lets you share your Tweets to your Snapchat Stories.
The new option is found within Twitter’s sharing tools on iOS, and it’s very easy to use. Just tap on the share icon and choose Snapchat as the destination. When you share a Tweet, anyone can tap on it in Snapchat Stories to see the full Tweet (and the conversation around it) on Twitter.

In addition to the above, Twitter has also announced that that it’s testing a new integration with Instagram with a small percentage of users. The integration is big news, as it will allow you to post Tweets to Instagram Stories as well. A Twitter / Instagram integration hasn’t been around since around 2012.

Being able to share content from one platform to another is a well-known growth tactic, but it’s also a great feature for users themselves – especially those managing multiple social channels. Sharing screenshots of Tweets and posting them elsewhere is a common practice, so it makes total sense to give users an approved system to do it more easily.
There’s more! We’ll also be testing sharing Tweets to IG Stories to a small % so keep an eye out

The option to share Tweets to Snapchat Stories is only available on iOS at the moment. There is no word about when the Instagram equivalent might roll out on either platform.
